Facility Rentals

 

Atlanta Regional Airport-Falcon Field is a highly desirable event facility. We offer a variety of unique and upscale event spaces, including a main lobby area for smaller parties, and aircraft hangar spaces for larger events. Our portfolio of on-site events includes weddings, concerts, non-profit fund-raisers, dinner dances, birthday parties, retirement parties, and more.

 

Main Lobby

Our 1,500 sq.ft. main lobby is ideal for small to medium-sized parties with up to 99 people. The space includes floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a stunning panoramic view of the runway. The space also includes access to a commercial-sized refrigerator and large food preparation area. Use of our conveniently-located parking lot is also included with the space rental (up to 100 cars). Aircraft Hangar Space

Our private hangar space offers more than 14,000 sq.ft. of available event space, and can accommodate up to 299 people. Should you need a stage, round tables, or a dance floor, this spacious area can be configured exactly to meet your needs. Use of our conveniently-located parking lot is included with the space rental (up to 100 cars). SEE FEE SCHEDULE BELOW

 

Vendors and Alcohol Policies:

Outside vendors are allowed on property to service private events. Atlanta Regional Airport-Falcon Field does have an alcohol permit for both private and public events.

FEE SCHEDULE FOR FBO HANGAR RENTAL

 

 

FBO Hangar                                          $1,500 per event

 

ADDITIONAL EVENT ITEMS (optional)

 

Use of Projector and

Screen                                                   $25 per event

 

Alcohol Permit Fee (State Req. if

alcohol is poured)                                  $80 per event

 

Clean Up Services (Optional)                $125 per event

 

Refundable Damage Deposit***            $150/day

 

***This fee is refunded: provided that the event area is found to be

clean with no major stains and or any other damage to airport property.

This fee also secures the date for the event. Refund on this deposit

is at management’s discretion.

 

*Before events we will allow setup on the day before the event since

events in the hangar usually require more setup time.

 

"Day of Insurance" is required to be purchased by the user

 

For rental of the hangar, the airport does not own enough tables and chairs to accommodate events held in the hangar. Rental of these items are the responsibility of the user.

 

Bathroom Facilities are not available in the hangar, the user will need to coordinate with a portable bathroom facility provider at their cost.

 

The maximum capacity of the hangar is 299 people. This is a fire code and event must not exceed this limitation.

FEE SCHEDULE FOR LOBBY RENTAL

(**4 Hour Minimum per day, per event)

 

Aviation Center Lobby and

Observation Deck                                  $100 per hour**

 

Every additional hour (past 4hr min)      $100 per hour

 

After hours staffing fee (after 8pm)        $50 per hour

Rectangular Tables

*One hour and a half of setup time included in each event booking. Setup

must be same day of event and storage of event supplies can be dropped

off and placed in our storage area and commercial refrigerator.
